Effective from the moment of publication on the Website
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or the “Terms”) governs the relationship between the Administration of the website https://gb.mediaieu.cc/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “MEDIAIEU”, the “Administration”, “We”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) who visits, browses, or otherwise uses the Website.
The Website and all related services are operated by MEDIA IEU, SIA, registration number 40203268669, registered in Latvia at the following address: LV5201, Jēkabpils, Andreja Pormaļa iela 15. For questions related to this Agreement, the User may contact us by email at: info@mediaieu.cc
Use of the Website in any form (including simple visiting, browsing materials, reading texts, or following links) means that the User has fully read this Agreement, understands its content, accepts all of its terms in full without any reservations, and undertakes to comply with them. If the User does not agree with any provision of the Agreement, the User must immediately stop using the Website and leave it.
The User confirms that they have reached the age of 18, have full legal capacity, and have the right to enter into legally binding agreements in accordance with applicable law.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The MEDIAIEU Website is a central digital platform that performs the function of the system core of the entire MEDIAIEU architecture.
1.2. The Website publishes materials раскрывающие the model of the “Human Economy”, the internal logic of the system, the principles of its construction, and the interconnections between various MEDIAIEU projects. The platform combines conceptual descriptions, analytical texts, book chapters, structural elements, and detailed explanations of the mechanisms of functioning of the system and of the modern economy as a whole.
1.3. The Website is not a service for the provision of any services, does not perform the functions of an intermediary, is not a marketplace, exchange, trading platform, or platform for concluding transactions. It does not provide the User with tools for carrying out commercial activity or receiving paid or free services.
1.4. The main function of the Website is the recording, systematization, and public disclosure of the MEDIAIEU concept as an independent economic and social model. The User understands that the Website serves only as an informational entry point into the system and is not a tool for direct interaction, commerce, or the provision of services.
2. Purpose of the Materials
2.1. All materials posted on the Website (texts, images, diagrams, concepts, book chapters, and other objects) are of an exclusively informational, analytical, and conceptual nature.
2.2. The materials are intended to disclose the logic of the MEDIAIEU system, its structure, economic position, and principles of functioning. They form a general understanding of the model and are intended exclusively for ознакомление purposes.
2.3. No material on the Website shall be perceived by the User as an individual recommendation, financial advice, investment recommendation, legal opinion, guarantee of achieving any result, or recommendation to take any action.
2.4. Publications reflect the author’s view and do not take into account the User’s specific personal, financial, legal, or other circumstances. Any interpretation of the information, conclusions, and actions taken by the User on the basis of the Website materials are made independently and solely at the User’s own risk.
3. Use of Information
3.1. The User has the right to use the Website materials exclusively for personal non-commercial purposes for familiarization and deeper understanding of the MEDIAIEU concept.
3.2. Any use of the information obtained on the Website is carried out by the User at their own risk. The Website Administration bears no responsibility whatsoever for the consequences of using the materials, including, but not limited to, the User’s financial, organizational, legal, reputational, or other decisions and actions.
3.3. Information is provided “as is” in the form in which it is published, without any adaptation, adjustment, or clarification for the User’s individual goals, objectives, or circumstances. The Administration is not obliged to change or supplement the materials to meet the specific needs of the User.
4. User Responsibility
4.1. The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for the use of the Website, for the interpretation of the posted materials, and for any actions (or omissions) taken on the basis of the information obtained.
4.2. All possible consequences of using the platform, including direct or indirect losses, lost profits, errors in decision-making, or other negative results, lie entirely with the User.
4.3. The User undertakes to comply with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the rules of the European Union, and international law, not to disrupt the normal operation of the Website, not to attempt to interfere with its functioning, not to use malicious programs, scripts, bots, or other technical means, and not to carry out unauthorized access to any part of the Website.
4.4. Any actions aimed at violating the stability, security, or normal functioning of the platform shall be regarded as a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability of the Administration
5.1. MEDIAIEU provides the Website and all materials on it without any warranties (express or implied), including warranties of accuracy, completeness, relevance, applicability, absence of errors, or suitability for the User’s expectations and purposes.
5.2. The Administration shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or otherwise) arising from the use of or inability to use the Website and/or the materials posted on it, even if the Administration has been advised of the possibility of such damages, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5.3. The publications on the Website reflect the current conceptual model and our vision of the economy. The published materials do not constitute a promise, obligation, or guarantee of any result on the part of MEDIAIEU.
5.4. The Administration shall not be responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or security of third-party websites, resources, or services to which the Website may contain links. Access to such resources is carried out by the User at their own risk.
5.5. The Administration shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by actions of third parties, communication providers, hosting providers, technical failures, software updates, as well as other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Administration.
5.6. The Administration shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations under this Agreement if such non-performance was caused by force majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, terrorist acts, actions of state authorities, changes in legislation, failures in communication networks or power supply, and other events that could not have been foreseen or prevented.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials posted on the Website (including texts, structure, concepts, design, visual elements, logos, diagrams, and other objects) are objects of intellectual property of MEDIAIEU and/or third parties and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the European Union, and international law on copyright and other intellectual property rights.
6.2. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, public performance, translation, adaptation, or commercial use of the Website materials in whole or in part without prior written permission of the rights holder is prohibited.
6.3. Use of the materials is permitted exclusively within the framework of personal non-commercial familiarization. In any permitted use, the User must preserve all indications of authorship and links to the Website.
7. Links to Other MEDIAIEU Projects
7.1. The Website may contain links to other projects, subdomains, and platforms that are part of the MEDIAIEU system.
7.2. Each such project functions independently and may have its own terms of use, privacy policy, and other rules.
7.3. Following links to other projects means that the User has read and fully agreed to the terms of the relevant project. This Agreement does not apply to other MEDIAIEU resources.
8. Technical Availability and Changes to the Website
8.1. The Website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee its uninterrupted, continuous, and error-free availability.
8.2. Technical interruptions, updates, maintenance works, and changes to the structure, design, and content of the Website may occur without prior notice to Users.
8.3. The Administration has the right at any time to change, supplement, delete, or move any materials on the Website.
9. Development of the MEDIAIEU System
9.1. MEDIAIEU is a dynamically developing system. The Website and the materials posted on it reflect the current stage of development of the concept and do not fix its final or unchangeable form.
9.2. The system may at any time be changed, supplemented, expanded, or transformed. The User understands and accepts the dynamic nature of the platform and of the entire MEDIAIEU system.
10. Changes to the Terms of the Agreement
10.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users.
10.2. The current version of the Agreement is always published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made means full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the new version of the Agreement.
10.3. The User undertakes to independently and regularly check the current version of the Agreement.
11. Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
11.1. Use of the Website may be accompanied by the automatic collection of technical information (IP address, browser data, device data, cookies, and other similar technologies).
11.2. The Administration processes such data exclusively for the purposes of ensuring the technical operation of the Website, analyzing traffic, and improving user experience. Detailed information about the processing of personal data is contained in a separate document — the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
11.3. The User has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
11.4. By using the Website, the User expresses consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
12. Prohibited Actions
The User is prohibited from:
carrying out automated data collection (scraping, parsing, use of bots);
using the Website materials for commercial purposes without written permission;
distributing, publishing, or transferring the Website materials to third parties without permission;
taking any actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website or the rights of third parties.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. MEDIAIEU records and develops a model in which the human being is the center of the economy. Behavior forms choice, choice influences demand, and demand directs the movement of resources and money. The Website publishes this model as the conceptual and informational foundation of the system.
13.2. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force and applicable.
14. Applicable Law and Language of the Document
14.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the rules of European Union law applicable within the territory of Latvia.
14.2. The legally binding version of this Agreement is the version in the Latvian language. All translations into other languages are provided for informational purposes only and have no legal force. In the event of any discrepancies, the Latvian version shall prevail.
14.3. Use of the Website means the User’s full agreement with the applicable law and language priority.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1. All disputes, disagreements, and claims arising in connection with the use of the Website or this Agreement shall be considered by the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws of Latvia and the rules of the European Union.
15.2. The User unconditionally agrees to this jurisdiction and the procedure for dispute resolution.
